Located on the outskirts of the Everglades within a prominent agricultural, recycling, and food hub, the project envisions a self-sustaining complex with repurposed structures and passive energy systems. Live-work housing, seasonal, and temporary lodging provide alternative solutions to the rising demand for workforce and ecotourism accommodations. Stilted structures and thoughtfully designed site features integrate the complex into the natural landscape, fostering unique connections with the surrounding wetlands. Amenities support a mix of recreational and workforce programs, while housing is tailored to meet the specific needs of short-term workers, long-term farmers, and ecotourists alike.
