The project envisions a new community of townhomes organized along a sweeping curve of shared space. Its form, composed at the intersection of two major crossroads, establishes a focal point for gathering, circulation, and community. A mirrored contour defines its upper edge and shapes a theatrical backdrop, negotiating between public frontage, private threshold, and emerging cultural activity. Portholes punctuate moments of enclosed privacy, while balconettes open them toward light and exchange. The composition draws from the horizon of the intercoastal edge, translating light, color, and curvature into rhythm. The street reads as a stage, and the dwelling as figure, evoking the still, cinematic atmosphere of a roadside night interior—suspended between isolation and encounter.
