The project envisions a new community of townhomes arranged along a sweeping curve, with shared spaces woven into its continuous edge. Composed at the intersection of two major crossroads, the form establishes a focal point for gathering, circulation, and community. A mirrored contour defines its upper edge, shaping a theatrical backdrop that negotiates between plan and extrusion, public frontage and private threshold, and emerging cultural activities. Portholes punctuate moments of enclosed privacy, while balconettes open toward light and exchange. The composition draws from the horizon of the intercoastal edge, translating light, color, and curvature into rhythm. The street reads as a stage, and the dwelling as figure, evoking the still, cinematic atmosphere of a roadside interior at night—suspended between isolation and encounter.
